Righteous Group LLC
I collaborated with Righteous Group LLC, a Texas-based independent insurance agency, to bring their brand to life and establish their online presence. Founded by industry veterans with over two decades of combined experience, the company is built on faith-driven values. My work helped them effectively communicate their mission to protect families and businesses through honest, personalized, and client-first insurance services.
The Challenge
The company faced three main challenges: visibility, brand identity, and lead generation. Their previous brand name was too common and easily confused with competitors. Their online presence was minimal, making it hard for potential customers to find and trust them. They needed a modern, streamlined website, clear messaging, and a plan to consistently engage with their audience across multiple channels.
My Role
I acted as the UX designer, strategist, and project lead. My responsibilities included:
Conducting client interviews to understand their services, values, and goals.
Creating a user-friendly one-page website and later expanding it to include an About page and Privacy Policy.
Setting up SEO, Google Business Profile, and local search optimization.
Implementing analytics and tracking tools to monitor performance.
Designing a 3-month growth roadmap including social media strategy, blog posting, and offline brand presence.
Consulting on the rebrand process and helping transition the business to the new domain.
Research
Competitor Analysis
To understand the landscape, I analyzed both local and statewide insurance agencies. The most successful competitors shared three common traits: clean, modern websites that felt approachable, strong trust signals such as customer reviews and credentials, and a quoting process that was simple and quick to complete. This insight helped shape our design choices, ensuring Righteous Group LLC could compete confidently and stand out.
Insights
Many customers feel overwhelmed by the complexity of insurance jargon, which often leads to confusion and hesitation. By focusing on simplicity and transparency, we can build trust and make the experience feel approachable. Offering intuitive quoting tools and fast, reliable communication becomes a key differentiator, turning a typically stressful process into one that feels effortless and supportive.
Solution
I created a holistic solution that included:
Rebranding: Full transition from Kingdom’s Insurance to Righteous Group LLC (domain transfer, logo refresh, updated messaging).
Website Redesign: Modern, mobile-friendly site on Wix Studio with three core pages (Home, About Us, Privacy Policy).
SEO Optimization: Added focus keywords for each page, meta descriptions, schema markup, and Google Search Console integration.
Lead Generation: QR codes for each insurance service type for quick quoting (auto, home, life, health, business).
Tracking: Installed Google Analytics and connected Google Search Console for monitoring site traffic and keyword performance.
Social Media: Developed a posting plan (Package 2) with Kenny to create 20 posts/month, stock image selection, captions, and hashtag strategy.
Offline Marketing Assets: Designed business cards and planned a tri-fold brochure with services broken down by page and QR codes.
Customer Journey Map
Execution
Website: Replaced all references to "Kingdom’s Insurance" with "Righteous Group LLC," updated brand visuals and messaging.
SEO: Added keywords like “Texas Auto Insurance,” “Faith-Based Insurance Agency,” and “Affordable Home Insurance in Texas.”
Local SEO: Claimed and optimized Google Business Profile, Yelp, Apple Maps, and Nextdoor listings.
Analytics: Set up Google Analytics and Search Console for traffic and keyword tracking.
Brochure Design: Planned tri-fold brochure with QR codes for each line of coverage.
Social Media: Began monthly post planning and publishing with Kenny (Package 2 retainer).
Results (Initial)
The new website is now live at righteousgroup.com, built with a strong SEO foundation to support long-term growth. A domain redirect from kingdomsinsurance.com was implemented to ensure no traffic is lost during the rebrand transition. The Google Business Profile has been fully verified and optimized for local visibility, and the first round of social media posts is scheduled and ready to introduce the new brand to the community.
